This program is for staff of foreign corporations that have invested in strategic projects in BC. These corporations can apply for up to 5 key senior employees who are actively managing the BC operation to obtain permanent residence.
How to apply?
Senior executives are encouraged to conduct an exploratory visit of BC and contact the BC PNP office to discuss their proposal and to register under the Strategic Projects category. If the business was found eligible, the company will be invited to submit a full application within 90 days. The company must submit all application forms and supporting documents in a single package. If approved, the company and each member will be asked to sign a performance agreement, and then they will be issued work permit support letters for submission at IRCC for obtaining work permits. After the company and employees fulfilled the performance agreement obligations, each key staff will be nominated for permanent residence and will be asked to apply for PR to IRCC within 90 days.

|Job Offer||Will be employed in a permanent full-time position at the BC corporate section which must be operating in the eligible sectors.|
|Others||Networth: Foreign corporation Investment: Minimum of $500,000 Job creation: Create at least 3 full-time jobs per key employee that are nominated for PR.|
