This program is employer-driven, so most of the work is completed/facilitated by the employer, and then the recruit is instructed to perform certain steps of the application. This pilot has three programs: 1) Atlantic International Graduate Program, 2) Atlantic High-skilled Program, 3) Atlantic Intermediate-skilled Program.
How to apply? It is an eight-step process for the employer; 1) Give an offer of employment (job offer) to the employee, which they must accept before proceeding, 2) make sure your employee meets all program requirements (PR Readiness), 3) instruct the employee to register online in INB portal and provide them with the required documents 4) Employee will receive an invitation to apply (ITA) and submit a complete application to PETL via the INB portal, 5) Forms and Documents review, interviews and other assessments by PETL, 6) Employer and employee will receive a nomination decision from PETL, 7) Employee should submit a complete application for a PR visa to IRCC, 8) IRCC will issue the employee a PR visa if the application was approved.
