Permanent immigration pilot program for workers in food processing

This program is specifically for temporary food processing workers working in Québec to apply for permanent residence.  

How to apply?

Create an account on the Arrima platform which is an expression of interest system for skilled workers who want to settle in the province of Québec. Similar to the IRCC Express Entry system, Arrima is also based on points.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Point SystemArrima
LanguageNCLC level 7 proficiency in the French language.
Experience2 years (24 months) work experience in Québec in eligible jobs and occupations within the last 3 years (36 months).  Work experience must be in the following industries: NAICS 311 – Food manufacturing, OR NAICS 3121 – Beverage manufacturing.
Job OfferMust already be working in an eligible sector.
EducationMinimum of a high school diploma/Vocational studies Diploma, or other study programs of at least 1 year.
Settlement FundsSelf-sufficiency proof is required for at least the first three months following your arrival in Québec.
OthersAge: 18 years or above.
