How to apply? Once you get a job offer with a job approval letter from the SINP, create an online account with SINP, complete the required fields, scan and upload the required documents and submit the application.

| Language | Must have a minimum of CLB 4 in English. Some employers may ask for a higher CLB. |
| Experience | Must have at least 1-year full-time relevant work experience in the last 3 years. OR, 6 months of same job experience in Saskatchewan. |
| Job Offer | Must have a permanent and full-time SINP approved job offer from a Saskatchewan employer. This offer can only be in one of the 23 eligible occupations. Please go to the link at the end of the topic for details. |
| Education | Must have completed high school or ECA if education is completed abroad. Mandatory Entry-Level Training (MELT) is required for truck drivers and must obtain a class 1 license. |
