Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker Hard-to-Fill Skills Pilot 2023

This subcategory is for intermediate and low-skilled workers with a job offer in 33 specific eligible occupations which are in high demand in Saskatchewan.

How to apply? Once you get a job offer with a job approval letter from the SINP, create an online account with SINP, complete the required fields, scan and upload the required documents and submit the application.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
LanguageMust have a minimum of CLB 4 in English. Some employers may ask for a higher CLB.  
ExperienceMust have at least 1-year full-time relevant work experience in the last 3 years. OR, 6 months of same job experience in Saskatchewan.
Job OfferMust have a permanent and full-time SINP approved job offer from a Saskatchewan employer. This offer can only be in one of the 23 eligible occupations. Please go to the link at the end of the topic for details.
EducationMust have completed high school or ECA if education is completed abroad. Mandatory Entry-Level Training (MELT) is required for truck drivers and must obtain a class 1 license.
