This program is for BC tech employers to recruit and retain international talent in 29 tech occupations to fill the shortage of local skilled workers. It is not a separate stream, rather a series of administrative measures to expedite Tech applicants quickly.
How to apply? Assess whether your NOC is included in the eligible occupations and select under which provincial nominee program you would like to choose for an application. You can either apply under Skilled Worker (including Express Entry BC option) or the International Graduate (including Express Entry BC option). You must also meet the requirement of that category as well.

| Language | Language must meet one of the BCPNP Express Entry skilled immigration programs language requirements. |
| Experience | Experience must meet one of the BCPNP Express Entry skilled immigration programs’ experience requirements. |
| Job Offer | The employee must have at least one year-long valid job offer in one of the 29 tech occupations and the job offer must have at least 120 days left at the time of the BCPNP application. LMIA is not required for these positions. |
| Education | Education must meet one of the BCPNP Express Entry skilled immigration programs’ education requirements. |
