This program is for university or college graduates if they have completed their degree requirements from an eligible Canadian university or college within the last 3 years.

| Point System | Express Entry You must qualify under – Federal Skilled Worker Program, or Federal Skilled Trades Program or the Canadian Experience Class to be eligible for this program. |
| Provincial profile/point system | BCPNP Online and scoring system for provincial nomination/invitation to apply. |
| Pass score | Must get 67/100 if you are applying under Federal Skilled Workers Program (FSWP). |
| Language | Not mandatory for NOC TEER 0, or 1, however for NOC TEER 2 OR 3, the minimum English is CLB 4. |
| Job Offer | A job offer is not required. (This is the only category in BC with no job offer). |
| Wage Standard | Market rate. |
| Education | Must have graduated with a master’s or doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in natural, health care and applied sciences sectors. You must have completed the program in the last 3 years of the application to this program. |
| Settlement Funds | Must have proof that you can support yourself and your dependents. |
