How to apply? Create a profile on the SINP Online portal, complete all sections and upload your documents. Your application will be assessed and if approved you will receive a SINP nomination approval letter, work permit support letter, and information on how to apply for PR to IRCC- Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

Provincial Point System | Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) point assessment grid. Factor 1 Labour market success has 80 points in total that include points for education, skilled work experience, language, and age. Factor 2 is Connection to Saskatchewan Labour Market and Adaptability, which is 30 points in total. The total points for both factors are 110. |
Pass score | Must score 60 out of 110 points or above on the SINP point assessment grid. |
Language | CLB/NCLC 4 or higher in either English or French |
Experience | 1-year education-related experience in the last 10 years in NOC TEER 0, 1, 2 OR 3 in in-demand occupations. Experience must be related to both education and occupation. Experience must not be included in the excluded occupation list. |
Job Offer | Not required. |
Education | Must have post-secondary education, training or apprenticeship that is equivalent to the post-secondary education in Canada. Must have an ECA or license in Canada if education is from abroad. |
Settlement Funds | Settlement funds and a plan are required. |
