This stream is for graduates of the publicly funded PEI post-secondary institutions who want to live and work in PEI permanently.
How to apply?
Create a profile on the PEI Expression of Interest system, and if you were found eligible, you will be invited to submit a full application for provincial nomination. Your employer is also asked to complete the employer-related forms. Once nominated, you will need to send your PR application to IRCC along with your nomination certificate to get permanent residence.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Provincial Point System | Labour Points Grid for International Graduate which includes points for age (25 points), Education (35 points), Employment (20 points), and adaptability (20 points). Total points 100. |
Language | Sufficient English or French ability to perform the offered job. |
Experience | Must have a valid post-graduate work permit. |
Job Offer | Must have a full-time, permanent or a minimum of 2 years job offer from a PEI employer. |
Education | Post-secondary education from a PEI publicly funded post-secondary institution. |
Settlement Funds | Have sufficient settlement funds for you and your dependent family members. |
Others | Age: between 18 and 59. |
